There is still no clear winner in the US presidential election. Joe Biden is leading the way in some key US states, but he keeps counting. Here are the current numbers in the “Battlefield States,” according to CNN.

Pennsylvania: Joe Biden has surpassed Donald Trump here. If Biden wins the state, he will surely have more than the 270 voters needed. Biden currently has 49.5 percent of the vote, Trump 49.3 percent. Biden’s lead is currently more than 13,000 votes, and the votes have yet to be counted.

GeorgiaHere, too, Biden was able to catch up with Trump, but it’s a very fine edge. 49.4 percent of the vote went to Biden, almost the same percentage to Trump. Biden’s lead amounts to nearly 1,500 votes. Almost all the votes have been evaluated, but the state elections official announced a recount of the votes in light of Biden’s slim lead over Trump.

Arizona: Here Biden has a clear advantage. 50.0 percent fell on Democrats, 48.6 percent on the incumbent Republican. Here Biden has an advantage of more than 43,000 votes.

Nevada: The count is a bit slow in this state. Trump is behind with 48.1 percent of the vote compared to Biden’s 49.7 percent. In absolute numbers, this is just under 20,000.

North Carolina: Looks good for Donald Trump here. He leads here with more than 76,000 votes against Biden. Trump can currently unite about 50 percent of the vote, Biden only 48.6 percent. However, about five percent of the votes cast remains to be evaluated.

In all five states, however, counts are still being done. Therefore, the numbers can change constantly. For this reason, many American media are still reluctant to “call” a state, that is, attribute it to one of the candidates.
