After a 19-year-old girl was found dead in her car in Lüneburg early Tuesday morning, police arrested a 19-year-old suspect at noon.
The detained person comes from the environment of the murdered. The police announced this in the early afternoon. The police did not provide any information on the question of the relationship between the two. According to the police, the young woman was discovered in her car in a parking lot on Altenbrückerdamm in the Schützenplatz district around 3 am – by her own father. The 19-year-old, who hails from the Lüneburg district, did not return home after work, he said. So the concerned father went looking for her.
