The redesigned Apple iPad Air 4 could borrow its design from the iPad Pro
Interestingly, the tablet rendering shown with the listing includes the rumored design changes for the fourth-gen iPad Air. The tablet will reportedly take on a new look that resembles that of the iPad Pro. You may recall that we recently showed you illustrations from a leaked how-to guide posted for the tablet. which showed a similar change in the design of the next board. For example, the Touch ID / Home button is gone, allowing Apple to reduce the size of the bezels. So where did Apple Touch ID supposedly hide in the fourth-gen iPad Air? It can be found on the slate’s power button, a location that TF International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says Apple will employ for the 2021 iPhone SE Plus.

The iPad Air 4 is also expected to be compatible with the second-generation Apple Pencil and feature a Type-C charging port instead of the proprietary Lightning system. The tablet could hit the market with a 10.8-inch screen, powered by some variant of the 7nm A13 Bionic chipset. Apple could equip the device with the same 3GB of memory found in the previous generation model or give it an increase to 4GB. The wearable device will also begin offering enhanced gym stats with participating gyms developing an iPhone app or Apple Watch app for members to track their progress. Gyms that choose to join the program must accept Apple Pay and develop a rewards program. Additionally, the training equipment found in the gym must support Apple’s GymKit API to track workouts. Finally, users will have to choose to participate as Apple is reluctant to collect information about their workouts without permission; It’s this whole privacy thing, you know. Gyms that partner with Apple include: “Orange Theory, Crunch Fitness, YMCA and Basecamp Fitness.”

As for new health features, there is an annual rumor that the device offers a glucometer. This is a tool used by insulin dependent diabetics to measure their blood sugar level and determine how large an insulin injection they need to take. We also expect Apple to include a pulse oximeter with the Series 6 watch. This measures the oxygen saturation in a user’s red blood cells and can provide early warning of a major health problem, including COVID-19, for users of Apple Watch. The FDA will have had to approve this for the feature to be available immediately. And finally, we got to see a longer battery life included with the Apple Watch Series 6.
