id Software released its first update for DOOM Eternal. DOOM Eternal Battlemode is receiving new quality of life updates. Updates include Echelon Leveling for players who have already reached max level and a mid-game death report screen. Other updates include improvements to poor network connections and tutorial changes. id Software is also adding the controversial Denuvo DRM service to Battlemode. Denuvo’s reception is still unclear, but he will most likely receive his share of backlash.
The single player campaign is receiving an expansion of demon tutorials, underwater vertical dashes and tweaks to adjust toxic damage while swimming. Doom ETERNAL You are getting a feature that allows players to add friends through Bethesda.net, their own launcher.
