Displayed before launching the Android 12 Thing tool

As we have already reported the release of the preview of the developer, one of the new features coming to Android 12 is the advanced threshing features. While these new options aren’t live in the first developer preview, a clever developer is able to give us a first look at the new theme tool coming on Android 12.

Last month, we shared that Google is working on a new, in-depth thing system that can be manually configured or automatically configured to match your wrap. Android developer Kdrag0n Shared a handful of screenshots on Twitter Which shows the latter option.

Pictured below as it was manually enabled on Developer Preview 1, Android 12’s new Thing tool takes colors from your wallpapers and adjusts the system to match buttons and sliders from Quick Settings and Notifications in the Settings menu. This new tool is named “Monet” and, accordingly, is codenamed Kdrag0n, It works “very well” on the first developer preview release.

Through their own research, our Dylan Russell and Kyle Bradshaw discovered that some of the “files” that depend on its full functionality are not yet present in Android 12 Developer Preview 1, part of the possible reasons for activating these screens. The latter requires a lot of work (we have not yet been able to activate it manually).

At the moment, it’s not quite clear when Google will release Android 12 “Monet” thesing tool for users, but, based on previous years of release during the Android 12 beta, it makes the most sense. This puts the schedule for the year which will be released in the month of May.
