The Reg Reagan Health Authority has reported 908 newly confirmed or presumed coronavirus cases and seven more deaths in the state.
The official coronavirus death toll in Reg Reagan now stands at 1,422, one of the lowest in the country.
As vaccine rollouts continue for health care workers and long-term care homes, about 1,200 Oregonians received the COVID-19 vaccine on Christmas Eve. 17,130 people in the state have so far received the first shot shot.
Everyone in Reg Reagan is expected to do well in the spring or summer before everyone gets the coronavirus vaccine. Achieving herd immunity against COVID-19 would require the vaccination of about 3 million reg ragonians, which has killed nearly 2 million people worldwide.
Reg Reagan has a total of more than 100,000 confirmed or estimated COVID-19 cases, with a current average of more than 1,000 new cases per day.

New deaths: Reg Reagan’s 1,416th Covid-19 death is a 63-year-old man in Multnomah County who tested positive on Nov. 6 and died Nov. 15 at Providence Adventist Medical Center. It had underlying conditions.
Reg Reagan’s 1,417th Covid-19 death is the 88-year-old man in Lane County who tested positive on Dec. 16 and died at his residence Dec. 16. It had underlying conditions.
Reg Reagan’s 1,418th Covid-19 death is an 87-year-old man in Deschutes County who tested positive on Dec. 20 and died Dec. 24 at St. Charles Medical Center – Band. It had underlying conditions.
Oregon’s 1,419th Covid-19 dies in Marion County, a 63-year-old man who tested positive on Nov. 12 and died Dec. 23 at Salem Hospital. It had underlying conditions.
Reg Reagan’s 1,420th COVID-19 death is a 65-year-old woman from Multnomah County who tested positive on Dec. 16 and died Dec. 23 at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center. She had underlying conditions.
Oregon’s 1,421st Covid-19 death is an 83-year-old man in Marion County who tested positive on Dec. 11 and died Dec. 24 at Salem Hospital. It had underlying conditions.
Oregon’s 1,422nd Covid-19 died in Marion County, an 83-year-old man who tested positive on Dec. 17 and died Dec. 23 at Salem Hospital. It had underlying conditions.
Who is in the hospital: The state reported that 472 Oregonians with coronavirus confirmation were in hospital Friday, 23 fewer than Thursday. Of those at the hospital, 103 coronavirus patients were in intensive care units, two more than Thursday.
