The captured, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, is indicated of having kissed and touched the private parts of a minor under 13 years of age through games and alleged invitations to his home.
Investigators say that the woman used tricks to be close to the boy and that they also accuse her of forcing a 10-year-old girl to take pictures of them while committing sexual acts.
That was one of the cases that most surprised the authorities, although the accusing body also highlighted that among the arrests there are many people who are close to the children who were attacked:

The arrests were made by CTI agents and the Police over five days in Popayán, as well as in the municipalities of Piendamó and Timbío (Cauca), ordered by guarantees control judges.
During the different preliminary hearings, the Prosecutor’s Office filed charges against those captured for crimes such as Abusive carnal access with a minor under 14 years of age aggravated; sexual acts with a minor under 14 years old; Aggravated and simple abusive sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age; Aggravated violent sexual act with a minor under 14 years of age and violent carnal access.
Guarantee control judges determined that 18 of the allegedly implicated in said illegal conduct must comply with the an assurance measure in prison and the remaining two in home detention.
