These were the pillars of the operation that allowed the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office to locate and kill, on Saturday morning, Bernardino Meleán Frontado, alias ‘Willy Meleán’, one of the most wanted criminals in the state of Zulia (Venezuela ), which commits crimes in 8 cities in Colombia.

The criminal power that this subject had accumulated in Colombia had made him a priority objective of the Police, especially the Metropolitan of Bogotá, which already accounted for at least 12 homicides in Colombia and a great influence in the town of Kennedy, in the capital.

The shooting
