Three men and a woman, identified as Martín Parra and Fanny Franco – tenants of the apartment – and Jalim Rebaje and Asad Barake, invited to the party, must answer for the brutal beating against pediatrician Dalila Peñaranda and her employee Carmen Pérez in Barranquilla.
According to the released images, it was Jalim Rebaje who punched the pediatrician Dalila in the face, which unleashed the savage aggression to which she was later subjected and in which her employee Carmen was also involved, who tried to defend her.
That same man kicked the doctor’s worker on the floor.
The four persons must answer for the crimes of personal injury, damage to the property of others and procedural fraud.
So far, the Barranquilla Police have already sanctioned eight people for violating biosecurity protocols (the administrator of the building where the attack was recorded, the two tenants of the apartment and five more people invited to the party).
The pediatrician denounced that another woman, invited to the party organized by dozens of people inside an apartment in the north of Barranquilla, appeared at her home two days after the attack and, together with some policemen, claimed that she had suffered injuries from the galena, what the victim claimed was not true.
In addition to the attacks, the Police analyze “some videos in which it is presumed that there is a sale and consumption of hallucinogens in the common areas of the building and that were not denounced at the time ”, informed General Ricardo Alarcón, commander of Barranquilla.
