Pain overwhelms the Charris Pérez family. On Sunday afternoon one of its members was killed by three gunshot wounds to the head. Piery, the youngest of three sisters, a lawyer and decorator, was attacked in the Simón Bolívar neighborhood, south of Barranquilla.

In an ambulance and with all the care she needed, she was transferred to the Adelita de Char University Road, where she entered the Intensive Care Unit and where for several hours she struggled to stay alive, but the efforts of the doctors were not enough: the woman died within hours of being shot.
The authorities still do not have any hypothesis that allows them to follow a clear line in the investigations, that is why they offered a $ 10 million reward to the person who delivers information that allows the capture of those responsible for the attack.
However, General Ricardo Alarcón, commander of the Barranquilla Metropolitan Police, assured that they analyze the movements that women made in the city in recent days.
