Water was once again the protagonist during the afternoon of this Friday due to the heavy downpours that fell in much of Bogota
From 4:00 in the afternoon, several rains were felt that forced the residents of the capital to take shelter in their homes and that made several vehicles were trapped by the puddles.
In the pictures disseminated on social networks you can see that the water ran through the platforms and streets, causing the cars to stop. Likewise, some sewers overflowed due to the flow.
In the center of the capital videos were recorded that showed the power of the storm. The sky was covered by clouds and the sound of the rain was deafening.
In fact, traffic has been affected from falling trees in various parts of the city, where firefighters have had to go to control emergencies.

Guess which piece 🚧 it failed again because of the rain. The risk involved is worrying and the solution is still a cloth of warm water.@maferojas @AlcaldiaSantaFe @ engineer0013 pic.twitter.com/9dJwbr3lwt
