The heavy rains of the last hours in the department of Chocó made the tributaries of lhe Atrato and Andagueda rivers will present a sudden increase that left serious flooding in several municipalities of the department
According to the Government Secretariat, the municipalities most affected by the heavy rains are: Tadó, Medio Atrato, Lloró, Istmina, Bagadó, Medio San Juan, Condoto, Nóvita, Atrato and Carmen de Atrato.
Despite the bad times that the inhabitants of the department are experiencing, some faced this tragedy to the sound of music.
Through social networks, several videos have been leaked showing a couple of parties that some victims made in the middle of the floods.
In the video, you can see the ‘affected’ dancing and singing to the rhythm of the vallenato, a reactionón that has caused all kinds of comments in the national territory and that highlights the joy that characterizes Colombians regardless of the situation.
In another video, dozens of people from the same neighborhood are seen gathered in the water, trying to liven up the emergency through music and parties. Reactions to the video are not only celebratory, because some users on Twitter do not see favorably that this makes the critical and historical situation of the Colombian Pacific go unnoticed.
