The only one who could not run away was 19-year-old Estiven Alexander Miranda Cabarcas, because one of those shots was to hit his humanity, causing him to fall to the ground. He resided in Villa Estrella. His friends took him to the CAP in El Pozón, but within minutes of entering he died.
Many thought that the shots had been fired by one of his rivals, but nevertheless, witnesses say that it was a neighbor of the San Nicolás sector who, supposedly, “went out to disperse” the fight by firing shots, with such bad luck that one of the bullets He hit Miranda Cabarcas, being assassinated.
Police from the quadrant arrived at the scene of the events and, according to the testimonies collected, it was possible to find the person allegedly responsible for that death. This person was made available to the Prosecutor’s Office.
