Vanessa de la Torre, one of the most beloved presenters and journalists on Colombian television, announced her resignation from ‘Noticias Caracol’.
De la Torre made his decision public on his official Twitter account, defining it like an ‘amicable divorce’.
“Dear: I resigned from ‘Noticias Caracol’. It is an amicable divorce in times of pandemic,” he wrote on the social network.

On the reasons for his departure, he explained that they are due to personal and professional issues.
“I want to reorganize my time to be more with my family and concentrate on my second book. I am embarking on new directions. I will tell you,” he said.

After knowing his departure, ‘Caracol Radio’ made official the ‘signing’ of De la Torre, who will have a prominent role in the network.
