Claudia López, mayor of Bogotá, in dialogue with Citytv, assured this Friday morning that the The National Government has not complied with what has to do with vaccines against covid-19. He said that the planned vaccination schedule has been breached.

And those in charge of doing so were Diego Molano, director of the Administrative Department of the Presidency, and the Minister of Health, Fernando Ruiz.
Molano, from his Twitter account, told the president that “surely because of his vacations he did not read the vaccination plan against the covid that the whole country knew “.
He added that the National Government has a serious plan and that the timetable begins its execution in February.
Then he pointed out that the Government will continue working and He sent him the address where he can consult the plan, saying: “I’ll leave it here for you.”

For his part, the Minister of Health told the mayor to “stop putting up smoke screens on your responsibility for the contagion in Bogota.”

He said that the Ministry “has not done more than to support it, we have never committed to vaccination dates nor have we closed a purchase option. Let’s focus on getting the city out of the crisis.”
