The Attorney General requested a hearing pTo impute charges to two other uniformed linked to the investigation into the death of Javier Ordóñez, registered on September 8 in the Villaluz sector in western Bogotá.
For those facts, the uniformed men had already been charged. Harby Damián Rodríguez Díaz and Juan Camilo Lloreda Cubillos. They did not accept charges and a judge ordered a security measure against them.
The Prosecutor’s Office continued investigating five other soldiers who were in the Immediate Attention Center (CAI) where Ordóñez was beaten.

Official sources indicated that the investigators found evidence that would compromise two other patrolmen who will respond in court.
The indictment hearing was scheduled for February next year.

For the facts, two uniformed men had already been disciplined by the Attorney General’s Office. They were dismissed and disbarred for 20 years.
