Precisely Nairo Alexander Quintana, leader of the Arkéa-Samsic squad, remains one of the cyclists with greater prominence in the ‘Grande Boucle’ since this Tuesday he crossed the finish line in fourth place and is still in the dispute for the title.

Nairo also referred to an aspect that could define the title of the Tour de France and it deals with the time bonuses granted at the end of each stage and when passing some mountain passes.
“The bonuses are not killing a little, but we will try to avoid them every day and sprint harder,” added the Boyacense.
And it is that the triumph of Roglic this Tuesday allowed him to discount ten seconds to Alaphilippe and is now third overall at just seven seconds, while his main rivals are at 17.
