Primoz Roglic won the fourth stage of the Tour de France, disputed this Tuesday between Sisteron and Orcières-Merlette, of 160 kilometers, the first high finish, in which the leader is Julian Alaphilippe, and the Colombian Nairo Quintana was fourth, Miguel López sixth and Egan Bernal seventh.
