Cristian Felipe Mosquera was born in Bogotá, but his family is from the department of Chocó. He always felt from that region of Colombia.
When he was about 8 years old, his mother handed him over to the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) due to financial difficulties he was facing. For about a year and a half he was in a home of the entity until his father took him to live with him.
Then came the opportunity to act on television and have contact with characters he never thought he would meet. His stepmother, whom he loved as if she were his mother, asked him to take some photos to send to a casting.
They called him and told him to introduce himself. He did a few scenes and, in the end, he managed to keep the role of Víctor Toro Manotas, ‘Goldi’, in the childhood stage of the main character of ‘La Mamá del 10’, a popular Caracol Channel series broadcast in 2018.
After this experience, from which Cristian assured that it was enriching and learned a lot, he said that he had already made a decision about what he wanted to be in life: an actor.
Colleagues with whom he shared assure that he was talented and had a great future. However, the light of Cristian Felipe Mosquera, who was part of another television project, went out and died last weekend
. According to those close to him, he suffered from bouts of depression.
