Decree 4112 of the government of the District of Cali determined the curfew and dry law that have governed during the last days of 2020 and continue for the first days of New Year 2021.
The peak and plate is resumed from this Monday when private cars will have restrictions in the series of plates 3 and 4: on Tuesday for 5 and 6; Wednesday for 7 and 8; Thursday for 9 and 0; and on Friday for 1 and 2. A new decree is expected for the following semester when there would be a rotation.
In the taxis, meanwhile, a rotation begins that will be in force in the semester. Monday opens with 1 and 2.

The peak and card for purchases and bank or health procedures will be kept with parts and odd numbers. That is, on Sunday there are even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8 and 0) and on Monday they will be odd (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9).
The Secretary of Mobility William Mauricio Vallejo, reminded citizens that the movement restriction measure will continue with the digits that are currently handled. The extension of the peak and plate will begin on Monday, January 4 and until Friday, January 8.
The decree provides for the rotation in circulation for taxis in such a way that the series are as follows:
1 and 2 Monday; 3 and 4 Tuesdays, 5 and 6 Wed + Wednesdays, 7 and 8 Thursdays and 9 and 0 Fridays.
Mayor Jorge Iván Ospina said that only one citizen per family nucleus will go shopping, bank procedures or drug requirements, to avoid crowds, according to the last digit of his identity card. So

Customers of restaurants and bars who prove their consumption in them, may travel until 12:30 in the afternoon from Sunday January 3 at night time curfew.
