The mayor’s office of Cartagena has just issued decree 0038 of January 15, 2021, which orders selective isolation and responsible individual distancing throughout the city from 00:00 on January 16 until 00:00 00:00 on February 2, 2021. This in accordance with decree 039 of the Presidency of the Republic to regulate activities during the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
Among the measures taken, the new rotation of the peak and card stands out as of Monday, January 18, which becomes effective for entering supermarkets, large stores, financial entities, Bazurto market, commercial premises, commercial settings, gyms, religious services, public or private events, shops, terraces and billiards. This will be the new rotation:

Tuesday 19: Odd (1-3-5-7-9)
Wednesday 20: Even (0-2-4-6-8)
Thursday 21: Odd (1-3-5-7-9)
