The case is added to the one presented a week ago in La Guajira, where several people broke the quarantine to witness a fight between neighbors.
The La Guajira peninsula registers 32 positive cases of COVID-19, something that alerts a department without the necessary resources to face the disease if it continues to spread. However, people continue to be unaware of what is going on.
