“This couple was charged with the crime of torture that gives a criminal penalty of imprisonment for 8 to 15 years, a fine of 800 to 2,000 current legal minimum wages, ”the authorities indicated.
The minor was left under the protection of the family police station of the municipality of Funza for the restoration of rights.
