According to the complaint spread on social networks by journalist María Antonia ‘Nany’ Pardo, the man was with his wife and two daughters in disguise when he was apprehended by the Police.

The journalist who made the case known asked the mayor of the city Claudia López to report what happened in this case, taking into account the recent complaints of police abuse that have been filed.
For now, neither the Bogotá Mayor’s Office nor the Police have not ruled on this issue.
What the authorities did communicate was the sanctions that were imposed on citizens who circumvented the self-care measures and celebrated Halloween in crowds.
