The Ministry of Health and Social Protection confirmed 712 positive cases for covid-19 and 13 new deaths in the Valley this Sunday.
The new deaths were registered in Cali (7), Buenaventura (2), Pradera (1), Florida (1). Palmira (1) and Yumbo (1).
With this report, the department reached the figure of 61,081 infected people and 2,220 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.

At the national level, today 7018 new cases were confirmed, with which the country reaches 813,056 people infected with the new coronavirus.
It should be mentioned that of this number, only 74,400 cases are active.
Regarding the deceased, the highest health authority in the country reports in its report that 192 showed up this Sunday, of which 175 belong to previous days.
Thus, Colombia already has 25,488 deaths from diseases related to this virus.
Minsalud also reported that, on this day, 31,793 tests were processed: 22,820 PCR and 8,973 antigens. In addition, in their bulletin they specified that there are already 711,472 people recovered.
According to the WHO, the world registers 32,916,707 people infected with covid-19, of these, 995,147 have died.
