On the murder of the young Nariño, Duque said that two criminals were captured whom he identified as Andrés Fernando Moriano Caicedo, alias ‘Fercho’, and Yeiron Alexánder Pantoja Rodríguez, alias ‘Conductor’ or ‘Mono’, and added:
“These two criminals are extremely dangerous. One of them, alias ‘Fercho’, commits crimes in organizations that have links with the ELN; We can also see the clear links between these criminals and the drug trafficking business ”.
For its part, Barbosa presented the faces of the two detainees and the moment in which the Police arrested them, to be presented before the judge who will legalize their captures.

These two people are accused of attacking with long- and short-range firearms about 30 people who were in a meeting about two months ago. The result of the onslaught was that Eight young people, whose ages ranged from 20 to 27, lost their lives. One of the attendees at the party, said that he deceived the criminals to save himself.
For that reason, they will be charged with the crimes of homicide, aggravated conspiracy and manufacture, trafficking and carrying of weapons, ammunition for restricted use and for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces or explosives, reported the prosecution.
After the announcement, Barbosa said that he sympathized with the families of the victims and that is why this “result” was presented to them.
