According to the Cartagena Police, one of the influencers who participated in this video in which food contaminated with toxic elements is delivered to vulnerable people, was transferred to the Caribe Norte Police Station, located in the Chambacú sector. . “At the end of the interrogation at the facilities of the Attorney General’s Office, where he appeared with a lawyer, this person was transferred by police from the Metropolitan of Cartagena,” they said in a statement.

Due to this fact, two subpoenas would be applied: “for behaviors contrary to coexistence, in accordance with article 40 of Law 1801 of 2016, as it affects social groups with special constitutional protection, such as children, the elderly and people in legal on the streets, and for disrespect for authority, by throwing obscene expressions at the police officers who were carrying out the procedure ”. The fines total about $ 1,740,200.

“We continue the search for the other two influencers linked in this video that shows an attack against the health of people with special constitutional protection, older adults, children and people in vulnerable conditions,” said the Cartagena Police.
