They capture a young man for sexual abuse of an older adult in a street situation

Members of the Police Substation in the village of Media Luna, in Cesar heeded the community’s call about an alleged sexual abuse of a homeless elderly adult.

The uniformed men came to a vacant area, located on 4th Street in the San Francisco neighborhood, where they found a 68-year-old citizen, who stated that he has been intimidated by a subject, even sexually abusing him.

The police found the alleged aggressor in the area, identified as Fabián Fuentes Contreras, 27, known by the alias of Malanga, for which they proceed to capture the subject.

They also transfer the victim to a local health center for medical evaluation.

The defendant was made available to the prosecutor on duty in La Paz – Cesar, for the crime of violent carnal access, later, in a hearing, he is sheltered with a security measure in a prison.

“We continue with actions against abusers, we appreciate the information provided by the community to be able to send these subjects to prison,” said Colonel Jesús Manuel de los Reyes Valencia, Commander of the Cesar Police Department.
