Citizens who benefit will be assigned the subsidy at the time the loan is disbursed, and also, said Arrastía, there are facilities to access it as pre-approved for the purchase of housing, risk studies in less time and a simulator of how the customer fees would be.

For its part, Banco de Bogotá explained in a document that there the requirements to access the subsidy are the prior application to be a beneficiary and have the credit or housing leasing approved and legalized.

For its part, Scotiabank Colpatria assured that it expects to make the first disbursements of this type in October and that it has “mapped” the credits in process that would apply to the benefit.
In turn, the Caja Social Bank mentioned that customers who have submitted a mortgage loan application can inform their intention to obtain the subsidy, so that once the entity is authorized to make the disbursements, they can continue with the filling in writing. Thus, the benefit to access non-VIS housing begins to take its first steps in the country, remember that the quotas are national and not regional.
