During the proceedings, the prosecutor in the case made a detailed account of the facts and charged her with the crimes of “aggravated homicide carried out in a homogeneous competition with aggravated homicide in the form of attempt, manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms as all of them are co-authored ”.
In addition, the Prosecutor’s Office held that “It is you, according to the material evidence available to the Prosecutor’s Office, who kills the police victim of these events. ”
Meanwhile, the defense maintained that Wilkerson Slyke Hernández told them that he received several blows during his capture, for which he requested that the capture be declared illegal. Something that the judge did not grant.
The accused insisted on his defense: “I did not kill any policeman, what I did was run as seen in the video and I did not have a weapon 32. I know I made a mistake being with that boy, he was just going to take me home, but he surprised with that what happened; that’s why I ran scared ”.
