The lawyers Jhon Olmos and Marino Moreno appeared at the guarantee control hearing held against the patrolmen Harby Rodríguez and Juan Camilo Lloreda, as defenders of the patrolmen who violently transferred Javier Ordóñez to the CAI of Villa Luz, where he lost his life .
The criminal prosecutors argued that Ordóñez’s death was the cause of the blows that he himself had inflicted within the CAI in a high state of intoxication, versions that contradict the autopsy report revealed by Legal Medicine in which it is established that the cause of the death of a taxi driver and law student would have bled to death due to internal bleeding caused by the outbreak of the kidney, caused by heavy blows.
Although the autopsy is conclusive and reveals multiple bruises, lacerations and various traumas in different parts of the body, the patrolmen did not accept the blame. Their lawyers asked for freedom but the judge denied it and they were sent to the police jail in Facatativá.
