The Ministry of Health reported 217 deaths and 8,166 new cases of contagion with covid-19

The Ministry of Health, led by Fernando Ruiz, reported that, in the last 24 hours, Colombia reported 8,166 infections with covid-19, with which the country accumulated 1,033,218 cases.

This number was known after processing 48,479 tests, of which 26,298 were PCR and 22,189 antigens, added the health portfolio.

Meanwhile, the country added 217 deaths and, of these, 192 cases correspond to previous days. In addition, Colombia has accumulated 30,565 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

The Ministry added that, currently, Colombia has 67,395 active cases and 932,882 people recovered.

In addition, there are 1,396 conglomerates in the country. The territories are: Amazonas, Antioquia, Arauca, Atlántico, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Boyacá, Bolívar, Caldas, Caquetá, Cartagena, Casanare, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, North from Santander, Putumayo, Quindío, Risaralda, San Andrés, Santa Marta, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle, Vaupés, Vichada, Guaviare and Guainía.
