Francisco Velásquez Hernández was the person everyone was distressed over. ‘Pacho Nike’, as he was known in the community, received four bullets at the hands of hitmen and in front of the gaze of several residents of the sector.
According to several of his neighbors, the victim was sitting on a chair under a leafy tree, resting his lunch.

They transferred him to the Madre Bernarda clinic, where they tried to stabilize him, but it was impossible: he died. About his executioners it is only known that they covered his face with masks and fled on the motorcycle.
