One man killed and two wounded was the result of the hitmen attack last Friday in Bucaramanga and Floridablanca.

It should be remembered that one occurred in the afternoon in the Campohermoso neighborhood, and the other at night in Cañaveral.

In this regard, General Luis Ernesto García, commander of the Bucaramanga Police, stated that the fight for drug trafficking would be the cause of these crimes.

“This Friday, December 11, 2020, two events were presented, the first in the Campohermoso sector, in Bucaramanga and the second in the Cañaveral sector, Floridablanca municipality.

“According to the first investigations, these disputes are due to clashes between two groups of organized common crime: the first of them led by alias ‘Pichi’ from the San Rafael sector, against the one led by alias ‘Poporro’, from the south Bucaramanga.

In the case of the Campohermoso neighborhood, two men were injured, one known as ‘Yoryo Gordones’, a Venezuelan national and the other known as José Luis Rodríguez, alias ‘Barbas’.

The two, according to the Police, would be part of the hitman component of alias ‘Pichi’.

In the case of Cañaveral, Erney Muñoz Fuentes, ‘Muelas’, 38, was murdered, who was shot at least five times.

“All these people have a history of drug trafficking, homicide and illegal possession of firearms. It is important to highlight that José Luis presents a measure of home detention ”.
