And he explained that in these phases of gradual reactivation, the alliances that travel agencies have achieved with suppliers in the sector, through commercial initiatives undertaken by the Association and the training on biosafety protocols of the sector, have allowed them to open new markets, strengthen their portfolios and continue to consolidate themselves as an ideal tool to inform passengers about all the measures established in Colombia and international destinations.
As it is recalled, on September 21 the first phase of international flights was opened with the entry into operation of the El Dorado airports (Bogotá); Alfonso Bonilla Aragón (Cali) and José María Córdova (Medellín).
And as of October 1, the Government announced that, for the second phase, the Ernesto Cortissoz (Barranquilla), El Edén (Armenia), Palonegro (Bucaramanga) and Matecaña de Pereira terminals will operate.
