Even with jars, the mechanics of the Siete de Agosto workshops have had to empty the water that threatens to get into their cars.
The heavy rains that fell on the north of Bogotá this Thursday left serious damages in several sectors. The floods generated the sewage overflow on roads such as Avenida NQS and Carrera 24. Those most affected by the floods were the Siete de Agosto workshops, between both roads.
In the images recorded in the vicinity of NQS avenue, it is seen how the rainfall exceeded the levels of 30 centimeters in many cases in the sector. In addition, the floods entered garages and parking lots where hundreds of cars were waiting to be checked.

For this reason, the mechanics had to remove with what they could the water that tried to get into the vehicles. This, in order to avoid damage.

The heavy rains also caused sewers to overflow, so the area was quickly overwhelmed by the flow of water. The Aqueduct of Bogotá worked quickly to try to decongest these sewers and allow for rapid drainage.
