David Alberto García Henao, better known as ‘Jeringa’, denounced the homicide of his younger brother, José Nicolás García, after trying to steal the ‘white plate’ vehicle with which he worked in Medellín. The event, the comedian denounced, occurred last week.

“How sad this is. I ask all Antioquia citizens, with their hearts and minds, for any information that they can provide to the authorities”, expressed ‘Syringe’ in a video.

A family member of the victim stated that although the incident occurred last week, it was only on Saturday, November 14, when they learned of the death of José Nicolás.

“We are not very certain of the facts, the police are investigating. The The last we heard from him was last week …he kept working on his car, transporting people and we are not aware of any threats “, he counted.

He added that what the family is asking for is citizen solidarity to find the missing vehicle in order to have more clues about what happened “and give some meaning to all this.”

For his part, the mayor of Medellín, Daniel Quintero, stated that the homicide occurred on November 11 and that José Nicolás “He would have been assassinated when he was thrown from the vehicle in which he worked, in an event that occurred in the Castilla neighborhood.”

The mayor indicated that the Sijín and the Prosecutor’s Office are at the forefront of the investigation and announced a reward of $ 10 million for information that allows the identification and prosecution of those responsible for this death.
