“On Friday, November 27 I met a friend to give her some money. I couldn’t delay because my husband was waiting for me. But everything went wrong ”, these are the heartfelt words of a young woman who was a victim of sexual abuse.
She took a taxi at 9:30 in the morning on the South Highway, very close to the Portal of Venice in the town of Kennedy in the South of Bogotá. “I remember that I told the driver that he will take Boyacá Avenue, but he took a different turn and there I no longer remember anything else.”

The commander of the Kennedy police, Colonel William Arias, said that in this case the route of attention to cases of violence against women was activated immediately and that at this time the traceability process is being advanced to know how the events occurred.
