The Boca Juniors player from Argentina stated that he has never mistreated a woman in his life and that he hopes “the truth will come to light”
The Colombian arrived at Boca Juniors in mid-2018.
In recent days, Colombian forward for Boca Juniors de Argenitna, Sebastián Villa, was accused by his ex-partner, Daniela Corés, of gender violence for two years they were together. Likewise, Cortés filed the complaint with the Argentine courts to begin the formal process of the investigation.
According to Daniela, Villa had allegedly assaulted her repeatedly and even threatened her and her family in case she decided to report him. He even claimed to have witnesses who could confirm his statements. All this was supported by photos and videos that Cortés put on his social networks.
The Colombian footballer had stated that he did not understand “for what purpose those statements arose” through his Instagram account and that he would try to clarify the situation as soon as possible.

This Friday, May 1, the ex-partner of Villa published a photo of the certificate made by the Police of Buenos Aires (Argentina) in which he presents the exam that was carried out on April 28 -the day after he made the complaint- in the one who says he had blows to his forehead, his right arm and his left leg.
Cortés added in the publication a message in which he argues that there are “friends, family and acquaintances who want to hide the truth.”
This is the publication of Daniela Crotés:
On the night of this Saturday, Sebastián Villa published a message on his social networks in which he claims to have never exercised any act of violence on Daniel Cortés or on any woman. The message concludes by saying that he had not ruled on the facts because he hopes that everything will be resolved before the courts.
