Scare caused by plane that crashed into Bucaramanga airport | Video – Santander – Colombia

On the afternoon of Thursday, October 15, an incident was recorded at the Palonegro airport that serves the city of Bucaramanga.

An ATR42 plane with registration HK- 5310, which covered the flight of the route Cúcuta – Bucaramanga of the Easyfly airline crashed into the landing dock at the time of landing.

This fact was recorded in the airport security cameras where it is evidenced that the runway personnel run off when noticing that the plane did not stop.

“He had an incident when approaching the landing dock of the Palonegro de Bucaramanga airport, around 5:00 in the afternoon. The incident only generated material damage,” they indicated from the Easyfly airline.

Aviation authorities investigations are being carried out to determine the cause of the incident.

One of the passengers who says he was on the flight indicated on his Twitter account that: “it was a maneuver by the pilot to avoid something possibly worse in the event of a plane failure.”

Until now the causes of the incident are unknown.
