The need for the business sector to accelerate and make its digital transformation processes more flexible to adapt to the new reality that exists today has led to the creation of new technologies to enhance and innovate in different business niches.
Through the Chamber of Commerce of 15 cities in Colombia, Juan Camilo Casas, business specialist from the University of California and CEO of Commic Agency, created a plan for SMEs, Save your business in one day. This initiative consists of stimulating the promotion and support of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs based on two parameters: strengthening their business units and strengthening their legal scheme on the treatment of their collaborators.
This project was carried out through a call through the Chamber of Commerce Cúcuta, Bucaramanga, Barrancabermeja, Riohacha, Armenia, Cali, La Dorada, Tunja, Duitama, Sogamoso, Pereira, Dosquebradas, Yopal, Villavicencio and Barranquilla.
1152 SMEs participated to have the opportunity to learn about the digital transformation process to save their businesses and save their economy. The result was 50 SMEs with 100% digital transformation and 8 achieved an increase in their results, sales, production, expansion and growth of up to 40%.
