The San Gil mayor’s office released Decree 009 of 2021, through which new instructions are adopted to contain the advance of Covid-19 in the municipality.
The most important novelty will be the imposition of the curfew of the Puente de Reyes from Friday, January 8 at 10:00 pm until Tuesday 12 at 5:00 am.
This means that they accept the measures proposed by the Government of Santander and return to the initial restriction, which had been lifted after listening to the tour operators.
Likewise, they indicated that during the other days, until January 16, a curfew will be imposed from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.
Meanwhile, in the resolution it was also clarified that they are taking advantage of the two-digit ‘peak and ID’ proposed by the Government. In other words, this Thursday only people whose ID cards end in 1 and 2 will be able to carry out their proceedings; on Friday they will be able to do it those of 3 and 4; on Tuesday of the other week 5 and 6; on Wednesday 7 and 8 and the following Friday 9 and 0.
The sale and consumption of liquor will also be restricted between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am from Monday to Sunday.
