The case, according to the complainant, has been occurring in a house in the Alfonso López neighborhood, in the town of Usme, in Bogotá, an area where the winter that the city is experiencing has been most strongly felt in recent days.
Among the reactions is that of Councilor Julián Sastoque, who called on Animal Protection: “URGENT to address this reprehensible case of abuse! We need immediate attention, please, given the cruelty to which this puppy is being subjected, which has no justification and cannot be solved with corrections.
