Roy Barreras committed tremendous mud this Monday by denouncing the alleged presence of paramilitaries in Cali.

“Is this what you call ‘fifth generation wars’ against unarmed civilians? What does this have to do with the ‘decree for the prevention of terrorism’ that the government is preparing? Are they not doing the same as Maduro with his ‘armed groups’? “ said Senator Barreras.
It was the same producer of the short film ‘Between rhymes and lead’ who came out to clarify that it is a filming with prop weapons. Also, Guillermo Londoño, undersecretary of Security of the capital of Valle del Cauca, spoke.

Community leader Cristian González, who lives in the Manuela Beltrán neighborhood, also pointed out that “What he says is false, it is a series that is being recorded, it is being done with young people who are rehabilitating, young people who are looking for a better future.”
