Authorities are investigating the murder of a man and his 9-month-old little daughter in rural Suárez, a municipality in northern Cauca, apparently for failing to comply with the quarantine.
The events occurred around 3:30 in the afternoon of this Saturday, in the Dos Aguas village, La Toma district, when Armando Muñoz, 35, as the victim was identified, was moving on a motorcycle with his wife and his two daughters, 9 months and 5 years.
