For now, the balance of the protests, which began on Wednesday afternoon, leaves 8 people died (5 in Bogotá and 3 in Soacha) and 397 wounds. Also 188 policemen have been injured.

The authorities also report that there are 60 police facilities affected (6 stations vandalized and 54 CAI affected), 90 affected public transport vehicles, 21 affected institutional vehicles and 7 motorcycles, 5 affected banks and 3 affected commercial establishments.

In the day, they have made 66 captures and 11 apprehensions for crimes of harm to the public good and violence against a public servant.
