The Office of the Attorney General of the Nation announced that ordered an investigation against the threats that the judge 30 of control of Guarantees, Clara Ximena Salcedo, is receiving through networks, who last week ordered the release of former president Álvaro Uribe, within the process that the former president is being followed for alleged bribery in criminal proceedings and procedural fraud.

Víctor Mosquera, one of the lawyers working in Uribe’s defense, argued that “We request all emergency and urgent protection measures in favor of Judge 30, who, applying the law and jurisprudence, recognized Álvaro Uribe’s freedom, the threats to which they are being victims must be investigated and those responsible found ”.
However, he acknowledged that he only knows those that have transpired in the media and that no official information yet.
Meanwhile, the Dijín judicial police pointed out that once the complaint is received, will proceed so that its Police Cyber Center begins to track the messages.
