Two crimes will be charged by the Prosecutor’s Office to the two policemen linked to the murder of law student Javier Ordóñez.
Before Judge 29 of control of guarantees, the Prosecutor’s Office will impute aggravated homicide and aggravated torture.
However, despite the interest generated by the case, the hearing will be reserved and only the parties may attend. Close sources indicated that, before initiating the diligence, the Prosecutor’s Office requested that different people not be allowed access to the process, arguing that the investigation could be affected.
This petition was supported by the other parties and the judge ordered that access to the media be not allowed.

Last night the judge legalized the arrest of the police officers Harby Damián Rodríguez Díaz and Juan Camilo Lloreda Cubillos, considering that there were no irregularities in the procedure and that the fundamental rights of the detainees were respected.
According to the lawyers of the two policemen, they will not accept charges and will go to trial to prove their innocence.
Before the judge, the prosecuting body will release the evidence such as testimonies and expert opinions, including the result of the Legal Medicine autopsy that gave an account of the violence with which the victim was beaten. Testimonies will be uncovered about the blows that the victim would have continued to receive within the Villaluz CAI
After the hearing, the Prosecutor’s Office will ask that they be secured in a prison while the trial against them advances.
