As part of the disciplinary investigation carried out by the Attorney General’s Office for the death of Javier Ordóñez, parallel to the criminal proceedings conducted by the Attorney General’s Office, the testimony of another of the police officers present at the CAI Villa Luz was heard on the night the events occurred.
This is the patrolman Henry Bonilla, who said that his companions initially went to answer the call of a woman who alerted about a fight.
He argued that after the operation, when the law student arrived at the CAI, he observed that he had no injuries. It should be noted that, at that point, the designated victim had already received the shocks with the taser.
“(Ordóñez) came with his shirt torn, as it were, rolled over, as if he had been rolling on the floor, in an apparent state of intoxication. His shirt was torn, but he was conscious. He did not present hemorrhages or any visual sign that he suddenly had a serious injury, “said Bonilla.
The patrolman added that Javier Ordóñez allegedly punched Juan Carlos Lloreda, one of the policemen arrested for the murder. The other is Harby Rodríguez.
The Public Ministry also expected to hear the statement of a fourth agent, identified as Fabio Moreno, but he said that he would not do it so as not to incriminate himself, since he has another process in the Attorney General’s Office.
