After the arrest warrant was known, released so that they could be charged before a judge of the Republic, the authorities searched their homes for the two ex-uniformed men – now retired from the Police – but did not find them. For this reason, it was feared that they had escaped.
Now it takes 36 hours for the capture of the two men to be legalized, before a guarantee control judge, so this Friday the Prosecutor’s Office will file the request for a legalization hearing in the Paloquemao judicial complex.
